Specialist Ordermanagement and Shipping Coordination (m/f/d)

In this varied role within the Supply Chain Management team, you will focus on order processing and coordinating between internal teams, the sales team and customers.

Your tasks:

• Managing the customer order confirmations
• Maintaining master data and order parameters in the internal ERP system
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time deliveries to our customers
• Preparing dispatch and customs clearance documents
• Organizing freight and comparing freight quotes
• Order processing and creating the work orders
• Monitoring the availability of items and materials, and stock levels
• Coordinating production oders with Production Team, following the complex inquiries
• Central Point of contact of the customers orders from Sales team to the end of the process
• Organizing the deliveries
• Responsible for the daily order handling process customers
• Tracking post- or pre-sale customer documentation, escalating financial matters, and managing occasional related claims
• Responsible for day-to-day sales activities for dedicated customers
• Providing account support to Sales in operational activities

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or a comparable qualification
• Several years professional experience in supply chain management
• Preferably initial experience in dealing with Incoterms and customs procedures
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of motivation
• Strong communication skills and a keen willingness to learn
• A proactive personality and the ability to work well in a team
• Sound IT skills especially in MS Office
• Very good German and English language skills spoken and written
