Production Engineer (m/f/d)

- Commissioning of production lines and equipment, including support during the ramp-up phase of new products
- Independent troubleshooting of process issues
- Development and implementation of optimization solutions to improve product quality and prevent process disruptions
- Close collaboration with other departments such as Research & Development and Quality Management
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Process- and product-related quality assurance
- Implementation and supervision of improvement projects
- Preparation of risk analyses (FMEA) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Definition of requirements specifications for equipment (preparation of requirement specifications) and corresponding coordination with potential suppliers
- Conducting technical briefings and training sessions related to production processes
- Development, implementation, and optimization of tools to increase the overall effectiveness of production processes
- Successfully completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, specific knowledge in production and/or automation technology as well as quality management
- Experience with ERP and MES systems is desirable
- Basic understanding of continuous improvement of yield, throughput, and cost reduction
- Advanced data analysis skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply various software applications
- Competence in problem-solving and statistical data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- High level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Strong solution-oriented mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
