Production Engineer (m/f/d)

• Commissioning of production lines and equipment, including support during the ramp-up phase of new products
• Independent troubleshooting of process issues
• Development and implementation of optimization solutions to improve product quality and prevent process disruptions
• Close collaboration with other departments such as Research & Development and Quality Management
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Process- and product-related quality assurance
• Implementation and supervision of improvement projects
• Preparation of risk analyses (FMEA) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Definition of requirements specifications for equipment (preparation of requirement specifications) and corresponding coordination with potential suppliers
• Conducting technical briefings and training sessions related to production processes
• Development, implementation, and optimization of tools to increase the overall effectiveness of production processes

• Successfully completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, specific knowledge in production and/or automation technology as well as quality management
• Experience with ERP and MES systems is desirable
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement of yield, throughput, and cost reduction
• Advanced data analysis skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply various software applications
• Competence in problem-solving and statistical data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
• Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• High level of motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
